CERUS ENGINEERING specialise in Deep Shaft Installation of Pipelines for both the Gas and Water Sectors and leading utility industry contractors.
We contract qualified third Party Independent Inspectors to inspect all works carried out using Phased Array, MPI, X-Ray and Ultrasonic testing.
CERUS ENGINEERING supply and install Cross Country Pipelines ranging from 600mm to 2400mm diameter and all welded in accordance with BS4515.

CERUS ENGINEERING are certified to use both the K-60 and GTS-65 Wrapping systems to seal and provide corrosion protection of pipeline joints.
With our own in-house facilities for welding and fabricating pipework, we supply welded pipework in ferrous, non ferrous and exotic materials.
Our installation team can provide contract lift planning and crane lifting services as part of our supply and installation of pipelines.

OUR SUPPLIERS
CERUS ENGINEERING work closely with our suppliers to test and use the latest welding technology to maintain our position as industry leading fabricators of pipework. Cerus Engineering have established a way of welding E-Socket Joints without causing heat damage to the internal coatings of the Pipe. Our welding system removes the heat of the welding process and producing no 'spatter'. This provided a no man access solution and controlled fabrication which can be included in our client's specification.
We can supply a full range of exotic materials including Stainless Steels 310, 316, Duplex, Super Duplex, Titanum and Hastalloy.
